if link is not open please search on  google virtual court 

you will go to this page 

now select settle your case online on virtual courts - Delhi(TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT) 

THEN CLICK ON PROCEED NOW

Then you will go to this page 

please fill captcha correctly and fill your mobile no and submit 

2 if don't have mobile number you can search your challan by challan number or vehicle number 

fill anything you will get open all information
